A Romulan Princess named E'Leha is being forced into a marriage with the Romulan Crowned prince, Son of the preator. The Mission of the GSN Gorn Talon is to go to Romulus and help the Princess defect to the Federation. A federation Commodore named Brant Dekker will be added to the ship to help in this daring mission.
The GSN Gorn Talon is on it's way toward Starbase 687 to pick up Commodore Dekker and Tk'Lnn has ordered Warp 7. After resting there for three days, the cloaking device is put onboard and the ship starts on it's way, when it is waylaid by a Romulan D'Deridex. Morg thinks the jig is up and then he discovers that Tk'Lnn had kidnapped a Romulan officer!.
The romulan officer is taken back the the Romulan ship believes Commodore dekker is another romulan and so he is taken also. He is now on his way to Romulus with the cloaked GSN Gorn Talon behind it all the way.
On the way though Commander Shuk-Nuor of the RSV Daring suspected he was being followed and attempted to thwart the following ship. The Gorn Talon barely escaped from the pursueing ship. Nuor decided it was a Orion pirate trying to find something to steal.
They arrived at Romulus and started a extreme orbit around the planet and awaited for the signal from Commodore Dekker who was on the planet. To the ship's horror there was a shield around the place the commodore was. Ensign Tak and Ensign Mk'Nrr had to beam outside of the palace gates and force their way in. There the Romulan commander Nuor had guessed Commodore Dekker's secret and was holding him hostage when the Gorns came in.
Nuor wanted to help the princess if she promised not to give anything away. She promised and he helped her get to the GSN Gorn Talon and they claoked and made a run for the border. The Federation was waiting and they made it look like they destroyed the gorn ship and they were safly back on their own side with two extra crew. Two Romulans who would have been framed if they didn't come.
Princess E'Leha was dropped off and Starbase 684 and The GSN Gorn Talon set course for home.
